No problem! QuickBooks Online subscription is included in all our packages, and
we'll handle the setup and migration for you.
If you're currently using:
- QuickBooks Desktop: We'll help you migrate to QuickBooks Online as part of
onboarding
- Excel or spreadsheets: We'll build your QuickBooks file from scratch
- Another software (Xero, FreshBooks, etc.): We'll help you migrate to QuickBooks Online as part of onboarding
- Nothing at all: Perfect! We'll set everything up correctly from day one
QuickBooks Online is cloud-based, which means you can access your books anytime,
anywhere. It also integrates seamlessly with hundreds of other apps and tools
your business may already use.

The one-time onboarding fee (equivalent to one month's rate) covers:
- Initial QuickBooks setup and optimization
- Chart of accounts review and customization
- Connection of bank accounts and credit cards
- Setup of recurring transactions and rules
- Integration of any third-party apps (Shopify, Gusto, etc.)
- Employee setup for payroll (if applicable)
- Training on how to use the client portal
- Initial strategy meeting with your account manager

so we're running smoothly from month one forward.
Absolutely! Your business needs change, and your package should too.
If you start with Copper and hire employees, you can upgrade to Silver to add
payroll. If your business grows and you need tax preparation, upgrade to Gold.
Similarly, if your needs change (employees leave, you simplify operations), you
can downgrade. Just give us 30 days' notice of any changes so we can adjust your
billing and services accordingly.
We want you in the package that fits—not locked into something that doesn't work.
We deliver your monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss statement and Balance
Sheet) by the 15th of the following month. For example, your January financials
are delivered by February 15th.
This timeline gives us adequate time to:
- Reconcile all accounts
- Categorize and review all transactions
- Catch and fix any discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy before delivering your reports
Need reports faster? We can discuss expedited timelines for an additional fee.
Some clients need reports by the 10th for board meetings—we can accommodate that.
All reports are delivered through your QuickBooks Online account, and your account
manager will schedule a review call if you'd like to discuss the numbers.

of contact and handles your books every month. They'll get to know your
