 Amy serves as the General Manager of Operations at Master Plan Bookkeeping, where she combines her strong administrative skills with a passion for accounting to support both business owners and clients. Known for her dependability, organization, and keen attention to detail, Amy brings a steady and reliable presence to the team. A proud Texan with deep family roots in the Lewisville area, she continues to build on the legacy her family has carried for generations. 

 Teresa brings years of experience in accounting, benefits administration, HR, and management, with a background spanning both non-profit organizations and large corporations. She has a proven record of leading diverse teams and designing efficient processes that strengthen operations. Beyond her professional work, Teresa finds joy in everything Hallmark and the magic of Christmas. 

 Christina is a bookkeeper with more than eight years of experience. Her love for serving others and her strong attention to detail first led her into bookkeeping through a church and ministry in the Pacific Northwest. Originally from California, she is a graduate of Biola University. 

 Debora brings over twenty years of experience in administrative and accounting roles. With a deep love of numbers and a passion for working with people, she approaches each task with enthusiasm and dedication. Outside of work, Debora enjoys time with her family and proudly holds the title of family Mario Golf champion. 

Kirsten’s love for accounting began early, helping with her family’s farm books as a teenager. Since then, she has gained experience in bookkeeping, payroll, business operations, and small business ownership. She enjoys creating organized, efficient processes and building strong client relationships while helping business owners feel confident in their finances. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her son and life in Colorado’s San Luis Valley.

 Ashley has a diverse background in non-profit ministry, bookkeeping, and paralegal work. She has managed daily operations, coordinated events, supported financial management, and built strong client relationships—all while excelling in organization and detail. Known for her servant’s heart, Ashley brings both administrative and financial expertise to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys creating mixed media artwork and spending time with her family and animals.  

Heather is a bookkeeper with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit accounting. She

loves understanding processes from the ground up, which helps her lead by serving

others. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in French & Comparative Religion from

the University of Washington and an MBA in Accounting from University of Phoenix.

When she’s not creating spreadsheets, she loves reading and crossstitch.

 Maria is a full-charge bookkeeper with more than seven years of experience. Before that, she spent over a decade working in the non-profit sector, where she strengthened her skills and developed a deep commitment to serving others. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Spanish and is known for her dependability and attention to detail. 

 Sarah's a whiz with numbers and keeping things organized, thanks to over ten years in finance and bookkeeping across all sorts of industries. She really loves helping businesses keep their financial records super accurate and tidy. When she's not crunching numbers, Sarah loves hanging out with her family and animals, and she's always up for an exciting trip to somewhere new. 

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Amber brings her local roots and fresh enthusiasm to the world of bookkeeping and accounting. After earning her Associate’s degree in Accounting from the Central New Mexico Community College (CNM), she made a career pivot following twelve years in various healthcare departments. Now, she’s delighted to follow her passion for numbers and help clients stay organized and financially confident. Outside the office, Amber is mom to an energetic eight-year-old son, enjoys playing soccer alongside her partner of fourteen years, and treasures everyday time with her family.
